Production
Xinxing has a strong and long-lasting relationship with its suppliers, mainly Taiwanese owned. This guarantees short lead-times and consistent quality.
Since 2020 we also use Giant Metal supply chain for most of our frame materials.
All procedures except Forging and Diecasting are done inhouse. We use our state of the are machinery parc to be able to do:
Laser cutting by robot
Welding by robot (incl. smooth welding)
CNC
Tapering
Hydroforming
Stamping/forming
Inhouse T4-T6
How do we produce?
Production
Xinxing is a very professional state of the art factory.
Our production is focussed on the following products:
Steel and Aluminium baskets.
Aluminium carriers front and rear.
Xinxing is official licensed producer of MIK and Racktime carriers
Aluminium e-bike frames.
We supply our products direct to our partners all 100% known in the European bicycle industry. In 2022 Xinxing produced over 1M carriers ,1M baskets and 30K frames for EU market. Our lead-times are av. 45 days for samples and 60 days for mass production orders.
